We are looking for a self-starter to support the Head of Marketing with both administrative and operational tasks. Because of the growing marketing team and company overall, it is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to grow their marketing experience with exposure to a range of marketing activities.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as Head of Marketing’s strong right hand, fulfilling administrative tasks while also managing own projects
• Operational support and project management for various marketing initiatives including brand marketing, events, public relations, social media, presentations, and our website
• Support budget tracking and reporting
  
  

Your Qualifications

• You have a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing or successful completion of an Ausbildung in Marketing, professional experience in a comparable position desirable
• You are fluent in written and spoken English and German
• You have a hands-on mentality, are flexible and solution-oriented and obsessively organized with a meticulous eye for detail, not to mention authentic and fun
• You have creative and confident writing skills
• Nice to haves: public relations experience and/or experience working with CMS
