Working Student IT Project Management (x|f|m)

We are looking for a working student (x|f|m) for Sartorius Corporate Administration in the IT Project & Portfolio Management Team at the Goettigen site. In this position you will support the established team and take on your own smaller sub-projects. Additionally, you will support the rollouts, trainings and tool management as defined in our PPM tooling landscape.As a working student (x|f|m), you will benefit twice over: You will gain important professional experience while you earn some extra income aside from continuing your studies. Working 20 hours a week will enable you to still focus the majority of your time on your studies. We look forward to counting on your support in our projects and in daily business operations.Your tasks

• You support the creation of technical documentation, manuals, training concepts for our project and portfolio management tools
• You will support the application management especially in the area of technical development
• Within the first & second level support you conduct error analyses and solve them in close coordination with the existing team
• You contribute to the analysis and development of technical and process enhancements within our existing tools (e.g. Asana, ServiceNow, AdaptiveWork)
• Support permanent employees in day to day tasks on a short term basis

Your Qualifications

• Studying as a University student (ideally in the sector of IT, Engineer, Business Informatics)
• You have a high IT affinity
• Ability to integrate into teams easily
• Reliability and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and to act flexible when taking over tasks on short notice
• Fluent in English and German
